About
Mission
The mission of Garth Fagan Dance School [GFDS] is to create an environment in which an appreciation for dance and all the arts is instilled and fostered. Using the tenets of Fagan Technique as a developmental tool, GFDS builds self-esteem and leadership, and increases the mental and physical strength of its students. The professional dance setting provides structure for students of all levels, notably those preparing for a career in dance.
School Policies
All payments are non-refundable.
Class attire should be form fitting. Loose garments, socks, shoes should not be worn by students in the studio.
Parents/guardians are not allowed inside the studio during class.
Garth Fagan Dance reserves the right to evaluate a student’s skill level and make requests of the parent/guardian accordingly.
Assistance Programs
Discount available for SOTA and SUNY Brockport dance students.
Families save 10% when two or more members take class.
Work-study opportunities available for students or their parent/guardian.
Scholarships available based on need and merit.
Applications for assistance are due one-week prior to the start of semester.
